CYCLING THROUGH THE COUNTRYSIDE

Lienz is an ideal starting point not only for mountain bike tours (there are 19 of them in Lienz itself), but also for road bikers (Dolomitenrundfahrt. Giro del Trentino, Österreich Rad rundfahrt) and family cyling excursions (cycle paths along the banks of the rivers Drau and Isel). Furthermore, Lienz is a favourite place to stop on the cycle route from Bressanone to the Wörther See.

The BEST WESTERN Hotel Sonne caters for cyclists. It has a lock-up garage, a drying room for your wet gear and its own trekking bikes for hire.
