HOORAY. IT'S SNOWING.

In East Tyrol there are 8 ski areas, 2 of which - Zettersfeld and Hochstein - are right in Lienz. Should you feel like trying out the other areas you can easily get there by car (or by ski bus) in about 45 minutes.


The East Tyrol ski pass entitles you to ski not only in East Tyrol but also in Heiligenblut, the Mölltaler glacier and the Ankogel region.

East Tyrol has never been subjecetd to mass tourism and that is why the waits at the lifts are still short and the ski passes reasonable.
